I was discharged about an hour ago, and with reservations. I still have a low grade fever and headache – if either worsens, then I have to turn around and head back again. And I left with no answers. It's unlikely that I have EMS, and nothing else in my blood or urine was out of the ordinary. Same for the CT scan. Same for the chest x-rays. Same for the ultrasound.
It was a long 6 hours, and I'm happy to be home, even if I don't feel a whole lot better. Or at all better. Still, I wasn't willing to be admitting just in case something goes wrong later; if I lived my life that way, I'd never leave tell hospital.

Once again, I heard a familiar voice benind me calling my name “Hi Kathy, I’m back again, twice in one week. ” I recall that visit several years ago when you were in bed #5 and you gave me the bracelet that I have not taken off for one minute since you gave it to me.
I think of you often, I hope you are feeling better, Lots of hugs,’ Kathy
